The location is good, the hotel is well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which the listing had said was not included but is actually available to all guests. Nothing to complain about.

The room was spotless, within walking distance of restaurants, the king bed was amazing, and the bathroom/shower was by far the best I’ve had in a hotel room in a long time. Nothing else to add.

“Overall, disappointment with not cleaning the room. Location and quietness was nice.”

I chose the hotel because of its excellent rating and location, and the clerk put my sister and me on the top floor, which was nice and quiet. The clerk asked if we wanted the room cleaned and we said yes, but he didn’t mention that the hotel cleans only every other day, so we had to call down for towels. When we returned the second day for the scheduled cleaning, the room was still not cleaned. The clerk said housekeeping had gone by, but we still had our no‑disturb sign on, and we had removed it earlier that morning; housekeeping was busy with the room next door, so his explanation didn’t make sense. We stayed three nights and never had our room cleaned. The garbage overflowed, towels were shoved into the bathroom corner, and we had to get our own cups to drink water at night. This was very disappointing; I don’t live like that at home and certainly don’t want to pay a decent amount to live like that in a hotel.

“Confront was fine staff not helpful”

Internet didn’t work, pool had a black residue my kids got out covered in a black film. I was charged for things not done to my acct went to the front desk 4 times still waiting’s. Lack of help with issues

“Overall, it was comfortable and enjoyable”

I liked the pool and hot tub, and the bed was comfy, but the room’s seating area felt a bit small.
