“Toll gelegenes Hotel”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was balanced and genuinely tasty. The bathroom ventilation system didn’t work, even though the brochure mentioned a central exhaust system that couldn’t be activated. Parking spaces are limited; if you want to be safe, pay for a covered spot.

Great location, good food. As a solo traveler I was given a tiny attic room and in the restaurant I sat right by the kitchen exit.

“Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist leider nicht stimmig”

The quiet location was lovely. The many flies on and around the breakfast buffet were annoying, and unlike other hotels no covers were used. The indoor pool was far too warm, so it wasn’t refreshing when outside temperatures were over 35 °C. Parking is completely inadequate and no solution is offered. There are also no good signs inside the building. The small water bottle in the room isn’t free; most hotels include it as standard.

“Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realitaet und schlechter Kundenservice”

- The location is very good and the view beautiful ======================================= - Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Aussicht auf die Berge toll. - Staff was very rude - when we called to change the room as it was advertised differently they told my partner to send 'her husband' to the reception - Room not as showcased on pictures on booking platform - when we complained hotel offered EUR 30 as a recompensation only (whereas the room costs over EUR 200) ======================================= - Personal war unhoeflich bis unverschaemt - als sich meine Partnerin telefonisch bei der Rezeption ueber die Abweichungen der Zimmerausstattung beschwert hat, wurde ihr gesagt, sie solle 'ihren Mann' schicken - Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der gezeigten Ausstattung und wir haben uns bei darueber beschwert - das Hotel hat eine Entschaedigung von EUR 30 angeboten (bei einem Zimmerpreis von ueber EUR 200)

“experience does not match a 4-star hotel standard”

The restaurant staff were friendly, yet the room itself was tiny with a very small bed, tucked under a roof that made ventilation poor and the heat unbearable. Sound insulation was weak, so I could hear neighbors clearly at night. After I reported the noise to reception, a woman—probably the owner or manager—walked in wearing a bathrobe, spoke loudly and aggressively, and demanded explanations. She didn’t address the noisy neighboring room; the focus stayed on my own space, which felt unprofessional. The problem wasn’t fixed, so I still had trouble sleeping. Reception wasn’t available when I arrived, so I had to find help on my own. Spa hours and restaurant ordering rules weren’t clearly explained beforehand, and overall the experience fell short of what a 4‑star hotel should offer.
