The floor was dusty and had nail‑like debris, giving the impression that the cleaning crew didn’t touch it between guests. Also, there was a serious issue with the paid TV channel that I hope never happens again for any guest.

From the WhatsApp chat before arrival to the stay itself, the team showed real empathy and went out of their way to add gluten‑free options to the menu. We definitely recommend it and will return.
