I was pleased to find the place right next to the Pompeii gate, but the room was tiny and the bathroom was outside, requiring keys for four doors, even the exit key, which felt risky in an emergency.

The location, bedroom, and bathroom were fine, though one of our two rooms lacked an ensuite and we had to walk down the hall. The breakfast server was angry and arrived 15 minutes late while we waited at 8 o’clock; the food was awful, only the coffee was decent. Six guests received just four yogurts, and when another guest asked for more, the server argued with him and they were still arguing when we left.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very friendly, and the location was strategic. However, the breakfast could have been richer; it felt more like a self‑service than a ready‑made spread, which is disappointing even for a non‑glutton. The lounge was a bit dark and small.

The tiny room was comfortable, clean, and the host was pleasant. The location was great, just three minutes from the Pompeii entrance. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not match the pictures; the selection was a bit thin, and the bakery items were the same every day, lacking variety and quantity.

The spot is perfect for visiting Pompeii, just a 2‑minute walk to the site entrance, with no parking worries. The host communicated well, and the value for money was excellent.
