The neighborhood has few coffee shops and pastries, so it would be nice if the hotel offered them in the room rate like many other places; the spot is great, the staff are helpful, and the room is small yet cozy.

Not clean, paid for 2 nights, after 1 we left for comfort inn north and it was 10x better there
