The staff were very courteous and the hotel is well‑located in the city centre with a parking lot right in front, but the smell of cigarettes lingers in the elevators and elsewhere inside the building.

The bathrooms were spotless, but the hallway was scorching, so I sweated while waiting for the elevator. I had left my luggage in advance and wished they’d put it in the room for me; there are some staff who do that, but it’s a hassle to carry heavy bags all the way to the room.
