How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The location was fine. The first room had no air conditioning, the hardware and bathroom drawers were all broken, there was no balcony as shown on the website, and paid parking wasn’t mentioned online. When I asked the front‑desk lady about the room issues she said all other rooms were booked and I’d have to pay extra for a pricier one, but after I insisted she swapped me into a different room without charging anything.
