The breakfast and the staff were good. The air‑conditioning is old and there’s a smell coming from the bathroom drain.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very clean but a bit small. Breakfast was very proper. It’s also very well located if you’re driving. Nothing special to complain about.

“Comfortable and easy for the Lanxess arena”

All the staff were lovely and the location was great for being a the Lanxess arena. So many spiders in my room - it was like a horror film. Eventually I went down to reception and they gave me some spray which did the trick
