The room is tidy and the little lounge outside is nice, and the internal parking is convenient. The bathroom lacks a bidet, the shower door is too small for a person with a bit of belly, and the stairs to access it are nerve‑racking; carrying a suitcase up is a hassle, so I’d advise people with vertigo to avoid it.

A very small apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, just enough for a short stay. I especially enjoyed having breakfast on the shaded terrace in the morning. The owner left cookies, coffee, and water for us, even though breakfast wasn’t included—what can you say… Materani are truly kind people ❤️. If I had to nitpick, the spiral staircase to get up is a bit awkward, but the view from the top is stunning.

The room is compact but fully equipped, with well‑managed space. From the balcony you get a wonderful view, and it’s only a 5‑minute drive from the Sassi, plus there’s private parking. The staff were extremely friendly and we had a great stay. The only drawback is the external spiral staircase can be a bit inconvenient for a trolley; a luggage lift like those in shopping centers such as Brico or Obi would help, but otherwise everything is lovely.

The building is welcoming and spotless. The roof is a little low, so taller guests need to be careful not to hit their heads.
