The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent.

“Nada recomendable”

Everything was terrible: bad service, no water in the rooms, room 102 was right next to the laundry and you couldn’t sleep, the Wi‑Fi kept dropping, there were no TVs that stayed on, and they wouldn’t give you towels. No positives.

The breakfast was disappointing; if they don't want to serve booking guests and others, they should not advertise it. It tarnishes the hotel’s good reputation.
