A positive point is that it’s well located in the center of Minatitlán, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very small, so for a couple it’s hard to move around with luggage and fit everything in. The elevator didn’t work. The bed isn’t very comfortable. The shower area was the worst because of poor cleaning – there was mold on the edges and in the shower, plus scaling. The towels were very worn.
