The location was very central and close to many of the town’s facilities, but the noise from outside was significant and started very early.

The room was fine, clean, and well equipped, a little old but still charming. The location was great for reaching the harbour, though St Ives gets noisy until about 11 pm and the seagulls begin at 5 am. Ken was great, waited for me at check‑in and shared a lot of information about St Ives. The only issue was the external noise, which you can’t really control.

The property was in a brilliant spot for me, with eating, drinking, and shops right on the doorstep, the harbour just a short walk away, and the beaches easily reachable. The property was very quaint, and some interior areas might need updating.

The rustic inn in St Ives fit my trip perfectly; the room was spacious, tidy, and cozy, and the spot was ideal. The host was friendly and made me feel right at home, and overall the room offered great value.
