The place is cute and welcoming, right on foot to Palermo’s center, surrounded by many restaurants and even offers delivery, free Wi‑Fi, two chilled water bottles, and breakfast for the next two mornings. The bathroom is tiny, the shower water rarely heats up, and the hot‑bath tub releases a sewage smell when turned on, the walls look moldy, and it’s very, very damp.

The jacuzzi tank leaks water, and the water that comes out smells like sewage. The bathroom is so tiny that the door can’t even open because it hits the sink. The shower box is broken, and the steel part that holds the shower arm is shattered. The water doesn’t come out hot and the pressure is extremely low. There’s no exterior filter, so it feels like you’re in the middle of the street and you hear all the noise. The area where the B&B is located is dirty and full of people who aren’t very respectable.

There’s a café for breakfast, but it’s very noisy and located in a Palermo neighborhood where, on the first night we arrived (Saturday night), we didn’t dare to go out onto Llit street because it was so loud. It smells like sewer/humidity.

The house is pretty, and we booked it because of the hot tub. However, the room is very damp and has mold in some areas; they should pay more attention to this.
