I stayed in a tidy room that felt like home, and the owner was incredibly friendly. Clean, quiet, and overall a solid recommendation!

The owner made tea when I asked, which was the only thing I liked. The promised Wi‑Fi was missing, so why say it existed?

The hosts were outstanding: on my first night they offered dinner for just 300 LKR, and the next day a son rode me in a tuktuk to a tailor and arranged everything. When I left after the second night they gave me food to take. The place could use a few kitchen basics like flatware and cooking utensils, and the overall cleanliness could use a touch more care.

This spot is gorgeous with a view of the tea plantations, close to the village center and the bus station below. The hostel owner is one of the kindest people I’ve met, and his parents were equally lovely— they even let me use their kitchen.

The setting is beautiful, overlooking the tea plantations and near the village center. The owner is extremely kind and cheerful, as are his parents. My room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. It’s honestly perfect, except there’s no Wi‑Fi.
