I liked the location and the view, but the rooms weren’t well isolated – I could clearly hear the people next door, they were very loud, and there were people in the corridor. The shower temperature was erratic, going from hot to cold to boiling hot, and the shower head was damaged.

The hotel’s location in Al Jaddaf is genuinely great with easy access around Dubai, and the rooftop pool offers nice views. As a returning guest for the fourth time, I used to enjoy staying here because of the overall experience. I’m grateful to the staff for promptly changing my first room when there was an issue, and the upgraded room had a much better view. However, the room conditions and cleanliness have noticeably deteriorated over time. The towels are very old (though clean), and the first room I stayed in had a very smelly, humid air conditioning unit. In the bathroom, the tiles and fixtures look old and a bit dirty. The rooftop bar and shisha area are no longer there, and the space near the swimming pool is now used for storing items, making it look neglected or like a dump. Also, the ground‑floor dining area/cafeteria options have been scaled down compared to how they used to be. The massage area is now really expensive compared to other options in Dubai, and the previous complimentary 30‑minute massage perk is no longer offered. Given these changes, I’m exploring other options in the area and am unsure if I will return.
