The food is amazing, the park and club area are the best, there’s constant animation and parties—pink party, white night party, kids area, cinema day, circus night, and many other activities; the staff are helpful. Everything is good.

The resort is meticulously maintained and the staff are warm and welcoming; Mohamed Said at reception speaks Italian and is always ready to sort out any issue. The animation team does a great job—engaging without being overbearing, with Maher standing out as exceptional. The evening shows are well organized.

The location and the number of pools were nice, and the green areas were abundant. Our flight landed after midnight, but they let us use the hotel facilities while we kept our luggage aside, and they prepared a nice welcome package for the trip. The hotel was really large, but it felt older than the pictures and I didn’t like the cleanliness; the restaurant area and the general staff cleaning were insufficient. They limited the drink area to one spot, and there was a queue at night. During busy times, being asked to pull a band and wait outside was unpleasant.

The staff were overly attentive and the meals were pretty good, especially the Turkish dishes that appeared every day, but the rooms felt very old.
