“Odlicno!”

All praise! From the very communication with the owner, who even before we arrived made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, to the apartment itself. The apartment is spacious and tidy, located in a great spot close to the centre and everything we needed (shops, restaurants…). The owner is friendly, social and generally a pleasant woman. I must especially commend that she welcomed us with a home‑cooked dinner after our long journey to Split. I’m looking forward to my next visit and thank you for the hospitality! ❤️

“Disgusting place, weird host, felt unsafe”

The flat was big and near the centre. The host doesn’t care about the flat or what people do there. The only cleaning ever happens is by other guests who are as disgusted as we were. They told us to park somewhere but not that it’s public space that requires payment. A rude person annoyed us when we arrived. Then they made it our problem that she had “other commitments” so we should hurry up… Overall just a weirdo. The balcony door was broken and couldn’t be closed. Someone else mentioned that 2 years ago!!! There were rolls of toilet paper under the living room table and near the refrigerator, and used paper under the bed as well as a towel. The host doesn’t clean ever and doesn’t care what people do there. So also could be hidden cameras. Not a safe place. The key also didn’t work for the building door so one can not go out without locking themselves… Stay away! Curious what insults this scamy monster will find for us as it did for the other guests with bad reviews. Will report this to Booking. Incredible this place is still up.

“Orribile”

Only the location was okay, the rest was horrible. The apartment was filthy; we had to clean the bathroom ourselves before using it because it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. Mess, dirt and neglect made it look like a mess; there were trash bags still full and toilet paper rolls scattered all over the house. The lady is very brusque, she called us the day before to ask for the arrival time. We thought it was just a language barrier, but she’s simply a scammer renting out a place like that. I’m ashamed of anyone who reviews it positively, making the booking rating system absolutely useless and harmful.
