“Good place to stay if improvements are implemented.”

The bedroom, bathroom and living room were all spacious and nice, and the living room was tastefully designed even if it didn’t match my taste. Breakfast was good. The owner was not sufficiently available or communicative, there was no WhatsApp contact, and the response was slow and rather cold. I asked for the Wi‑Fi code and received no reply. The directions at check‑in were very brief and should have included the Wi‑Fi code, how to enter and exit the compound. I shared a bathroom with a man in another room who repeatedly used the bathroom and smoked there, making noise all night. The owner apologized and seemed annoyed, but the proper reaction should have been to threaten a fine, as notices at the premises warn. There was no place to hang a towel in the bedroom or bathroom. The maid entered my room during my stay and moved my belongings; she made it tidier because I had to leave in a hurry, but it was still problematic.

The room was tidy, the reception was friendly, and the size of the room and bathroom were adequate, with towels included. The room felt a bit warm, so I opened the window, but a bar below made it a little too noisy for me. The host offered earplugs for those who can sleep with them.

The owner was really kind and helpful. The parking lot is huge and even vans fit. I had booked the wrong dates by mistake, but the owner quickly helped me cancel without any hassle. The room also has a washing machine, which is very convenient, and the location is quiet and peaceful. I sometimes work in this area, and whenever I come back, I always choose to stay here. I felt very comfortable and will definitely return! It isn’t the best room I’ve ever stayed in, but given the price it’s clean, well maintained, fully equipped, and the space is really generous for the cost—a truly great value.
