The suite was cozy and spotless, but the access process was a nightmare. It was booked for a wedding night, yet the bride and groom were also supposed to get ready there, and the owner was told there would be a photo shoot. The professionals, the bride’s mom, and the groom couldn’t even get in, so the service fell through and the mom was furious. A simple rule about no more than two people should have been clear from the start.
