The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were low quality and scratchy, and there was no coffee maker in the room.

“Didn’t get to stay they said they were going to try to help me and left me sitting there and never helped me”

The front desk service was terrible, leaving you stuck there waiting.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was big and comfortable, breakfast was adequate and the fresh brew coffee machine made a good cup, bananas were gone, but people probably take more than one ☹️. The tile floors in the entry way and the bathroom were dirty with footprints and something like small pieces of sand and maybe glitter? The air conditioner was a little noisy but cooled off the room nicely. The light switch plates could have been wiped down with visible signs of use from dirty hands.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great!!. Roads into the hotel were a little rough
