The staff were very friendly and the extra security on the elevators was appreciated, but the room service closing time was too early.

I had to wait more than 30 minutes to check in because they claimed that BOOKING >COM messed up the reservation, and my name was still listed as GilliganJohn in reverse. I was also charged over $43.00 without any explanation.

Everything was wonderful, and I loved it, but I was a little disappointed that the Thunder Mountain buffet was under construction; fortunately they had a great buffet upstairs in the café.
