“Great views”

The resort is stunning, perched in a superb spot overlooking the golf course and surrounding mountains. The facilities are excellent, especially the natural onsen, open‑air bath and sauna—ideal for recovering after a long motorcycle ride. The staff were very helpful, the amenities were good, and the setting was peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.

“遠いけど、身体を休めるのに最高”

The variety of hot springs was impressive. The paper cups were sturdy and individually wrapped, which was convenient. I could use the microwave, and the staff had provided paper and other items for that purpose, which was kind. The view from my room was wonderful, and the hair dryer was easy to use. On the downside, even though I had prepaid, the front desk never mentioned that fact at check‑in. I stayed as a simple guest, and because it was my first time at this inn, I expected the staff to introduce me to the restaurant and explain breakfast and dinner options.

The room and its view were outstanding, and the facilities and staff exceeded my expectations, making a single night feel too short. However, the noise from shoes upstairs at night was bothersome—perhaps they were wearing slippers, but the hard sounds of pumps and boots made a faint clatter, so I ended up sleeping anyway, which I accepted. The baths, both indoor and open‑air, were flawless, but inbound guests would come from the bath to the changing room to drink water without towels, leaving the changing area wet. I and others noticed and had to mop the floor. It would be helpful to have instructions on how inbound guests should use the bath.
