“Отель очень понравился, однозначно рекомендую!”
The spot is unbeatable – right in the heart of town, a stone’s throw from the Bayterek monument, a light rail station, and a cheap, tasty cafeteria just around the corner. There’s also a shop and a variety of cafés within walking distance for every taste. My room was spotless and cozy, complete with a fridge, AC, and a comfortable bed. The windows faced a quiet courtyard; there was no view, but the silence was a plus. The staff were incredibly friendly, treating us like long‑awaited close friends, helping lift our luggage, showing us the room, and generally being very polite and welcoming. When we checked in, the room lacked a kettle, but a young man from reception brought one in just two minutes after we mentioned it. Our flight was late, so we left our luggage at the hotel and picked it up in the evening without any hassle. The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which surprised me a bit, but the hotel staff carried our bags for us, so it didn’t bother us at all. I also wished there were breakfasts at the hotel; the area was available, but it wasn’t operating during our stay, so we had to go to a nearby café for breakfast.
