The building is nice, but the cleaning was not done and the pool was dirty.

The staff were available and the location of the agriturismo was strategic; we didn’t use many services because we mainly used the room to sleep in the evenings. Definitely worth a second visit! However, if you’re picky, a refresh of the décor might be considered, though that’s almost a pointless note.

“Vacanze spettacolare con tutta la famiglia.”

The property is wonderful, typical Umbrian farmhouses, surrounded by greenery, ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility with family. Mr. Luigi is always present and attentive to every request. The property offers two pools and various common areas. Even though it’s in the open countryside, the common area around the barbecue and oven could be cleaner; there are too many cobwebs, perhaps due to lack of use for a long time.

I was in the perfect spot to explore the whole Trasimeno area, and it was also a calm place to unwind surrounded by nature. The host, Mr. Luigi, was wonderful. I recommend it for families and friend groups alike.

The property is gorgeous and the owner is wonderful, with a perfect base for exploring other cities. Still, despite the listing saying my apartment had air‑conditioning, it didn’t, leaving us to endure four scorching days, and the pool was constantly dirty at the bottom.
