The place was clean, well‑located, affordable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was very optimistic, and the night‑time boy was also good—though I’m not sure which language he speaks, he still managed to make us understand everything. There were no stairs, which was a real hassle for a fourth‑floor room, though housekeeping helped. The abundance of massage centers nearby made us uneasy.

The spot is great, the staff are friendly, and the price is very reasonable, but the bed in my room was hard and after a few days my back started hurting, probably because of it.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the alley isn’t deep, it’s close to the MRT, a convenience store, a mall, and restaurants, and it’s a good deal, but the only downside is that it’s next to a massage parlor.
