The location and reception were very good, but the room cleanliness fell short.
The place had everything we needed—a kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, comfortable beds, and a TV with internet—and being right next to the hospital and bus stop was perfect. The big problem was the front desk’s poor communication: they counted our early‑morning check‑in as a full day, cutting our stay short and tacking on an extra night’s charge without any warning. Even the receptionist who greeted us seemed unaware of the mix‑up.
