Nothing. the caravan accommodation we booked during our holiday in France. Unfortunately, the condition of the caravan was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, completely unsuitable for a family of seven. We paid for accommodation expecting it to be clean, comfortable, functional and suitable for the number of people it was advertised for. Instead, the caravan was very old, dusty and generally unclean. There were also serious problems with the facilities. The kitchen facilities were either unavailable or not adequate for a family of seven, despite us having booked accommodation for our family. The toilet was also in a poor condition. The flush barely worked, and the toilet seat was not properly attached. These were basic facilities that we reasonably expected to be in working order. The condition of the caravan also made it extremely difficult to sleep and properly enjoy our holiday. On the first night in particular, we barely slept because the accommodation was so uncomfortable and unsuitable and the rooms had flies,bugs and bees everywhere . We had booked the caravan for three days and unfortunately had to remain there for the duration of our booking despite the problems. We are extremely disappointed that we paid for accommodation that did not meet a reasonable standard of cleanliness, comfort or functionality. The condition of the caravan was not what we expected from the booking and was particularly unacceptable given that it was supposed to accommodate seven people

It was a peaceful spot to relax, and the price and overall quality were good. However, the cleaning lady opened our door with her key at 8:30 am without warning, even though we were scheduled to leave at 10:00 am – a nasty surprise! She should at least knock before entering… Also, there was no hand soap.
