Quick contact with the landlord, clean apartment, and the ability to leave luggage there. It’s in the city centre. Beware! The listing doesn’t make clear that it’s an apartment divided into three small units with a shared entrance and hallway with other tenants. The stairwell and entrance area are terribly old and dirty, the walls at the entrance are sprayed with urine. The address differs from the one on Booking. The apartment photos on Booking are very old and outdated. We stayed two nights. The apartment needs renovation. A few streets over we found a holiday rental at a similar price but in far better condition. The windows are leaky, it’s very noisy from the street, and it smells (the exhaust pipes of a restaurant are directly under the windows). Contact with the landlord yielded no solution; he thinks the apartment is great.
