It was a wonderful experience in Punta Arenas; Don Pedro’s service is simply outstanding, always friendly, attentive, and ready to give great recommendations. The location is very central, close to the waterfront, perfect for walking and exploring the city. The room was spotless, very clean, and extremely comfortable for rest. 100% recommend, we will definitely return. Everything was excellent.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to restaurants, museums and basically everything you’d want to see. It made getting around a breeze, though I didn’t stay long enough to notice any downsides.

The owners were genuinely friendly and the location was spot‑on for exploring the area. However, the description online didn’t match the reality at all – I’ve traveled a lot and I’m getting fed up with listings that are misleading. It felt like a bit of a bait‑and‑switch, which left me uneasy.

The owners were warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately the room itself was dim; there wasn’t much natural light coming in, which made it feel a bit cramped.

The staff were pleasant and the place was tidy, plus the owner was super friendly and the breakfast was solid. On the downside, there was a concert next door that went on from 11 pm to 4 am, and the rooms were tiny – lugging luggage up a couple of flights of stairs wasn’t fun.
