We arrived a little early from the train station and checked in right away; the staff were super friendly and helpful, and we ended up with what we thought was the best room, offering views of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame—what a privilege. The only hiccup was a leaking tap in the bathroom, but fresh towels and toilet paper were provided quickly, and it didn’t spoil our experience.

The service was amazing and the location unbeatable! Sedric, Gerry Esttele, and Vincent greeted us with big smiles and warm hospitality. The room was chic and had a terrace; we’d asked for a balcony beforehand and were told it wasn’t guaranteed, yet we were delighted to find one with a perfect view. In the room, we also received a box of high‑quality macarons, a bottle of peach juice, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine with capsules. Nothing to complain about.

The property’s central Paris location made it easy to reach major sights and several subway stations, so moving around was a breeze and the airport was also conveniently accessible. The staff were extremely kind, and during my stay a papal visit caused some subway closures; they worried about me and helped brainstorm ideas to get to the airport easily. Frédéric, who had already informed me about the train and subway restrictions, was truly moving. No improvements needed—everything was spotless and well managed, though like everywhere else it’s a bit narrow.
