Nothing to praise here; the rooms were filthy, trash everywhere in front of each room, bedsheets had only been changed a month ago, towels and soap were missing and I had to fetch them myself, the phone was dead, there was only one staff member on duty, and the promised breakfast restaurant wasn’t available even though it was included in the price 😳.

The location near AIIMS hospital was convenient and the price was reasonable, but the linens were unclean, the washroom was cramped and dirty, the jet was broken, and the TV remote didn’t work.

The spot is just next to Aiims Bhopal and the room seemed designed for a romantic getaway, which could work for college couples nearby, but I had to wait until the evening for fresh bedsheets. The sheets were stained in several places—no idea what caused it—and the jet spray in the bathroom was broken, while the basin’s pipe leaked onto the floor.

Overall a solid stay; just keep up the cleanliness, especially after guests check out—rooms need sweeping and bathrooms cleaned.
