The location was great. I booked a room for two adults and one child, but there was only one bed, so the three of us had to sleep together.

“Precisa melhorar”

The shower heats well, the room cleaning is good, and breakfast is decent. However, two reservations were made at Flórida Confort Hotel—one for a couple in a Deluxe room and another for an individual in a Standard room. Five days before arrival, a WhatsApp message informed us that our reservations were being moved to another property, Hotel Turella, part of the same chain, with no detailed explanation, claiming the rooms would match our booking. At Hotel Turella, the Standard room had heavy mold on one wall, producing a strong odor, and the couple’s room had a milder odor in one corner. Additionally, we were placed on the ground floor, in front of the reception and the parking passage. In the early morning, conversations at reception reached our room. The curtains did not effectively block light. The parking was uncovered and lacked designated spots; I had to leave my car key at reception because my car was blocking another’s passage due to lack of space, and they had to move it overnight.

“O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento da equipe é boa, cumpriu com o esperado”

The hotel sits in a great spot and the staff were friendly and met all my expectations—nothing to complain about.
