“One night stay. Room clean. Hope my feedback will be considered.”
The bathroom worked and the room and other areas were clean. It’s close to the bus route and Elizabeth line, the TV was functional, and I could block out a lot of outside light with the curtains. Staff contact was fine. The room met basic overnight sleep and bathroom needs. I asked for a tea bag at reception and would return if possible, otherwise I’d request a different room. However, the first attempt to use WiFi that evening didn’t work. I only had one pillow, which would be better with two. The mattress felt slightly hard and crinkly. The only place to sit was on the bed, so the room isn’t suitable for studying or computer work and offers no chair space. Outside noise was an issue; guests were loud after 2 or 3 am while walking the corridor. A sign asking guests to be considerate and quiet would help since it’s a hotel.

The 24‑hour reception and the fact that it’s right in front of the Elisabeth line station are the main strengths. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
