Only the venue, breakfast, and staff were acceptable; the place was untidy, the Wi‑Fi and TV were out of order, and none of the promised amenities were available.
“Outstanding”
The accommodation, service, cleanliness, and behavior of the hotel staff were excellent. The property sits in a zero‑pollution zone, very peaceful, and the executive area is beautifully natural. Every single thing I desired was present in more than satisfactory order.
“Beds are not good”
The stay was good overall, but the food and location were disappointing.
I spent my time at Hari Mahal Palace in Jaipur and overall it was a pleasant experience. The property exudes a charming heritage vibe without feeling pretentious, and its architecture, open spaces, gardens, and pool area contribute to a calm, relaxed atmosphere. The location is convenient and well connected, so getting around Jaipur was easy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the stay felt peaceful. Amenities were adequate and the property was well maintained. The staff were polite and courteous, always ready to help, which made the stay smoother. The food was decent and enjoyable, especially in the heritage setting. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a heritage‑style stay in Jaipur with a calm atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. I would recommend it for a relaxed city stay. The only downside was that the room verandah wasn’t cleaned regularly of pigeon droppings.
The experience was the worst, and it felt like a total scam.
