I appreciate the simple vibe and the staff are great! The burgers were amazing, and even though I’m not vegan, my first vegan burger was delicious. Nothing major to complain about, maybe the Wi‑Fi is a bit slow, but otherwise everything’s fine.

The staff were friendly and the room was relatively large. The shower and toilet were very dark and you can’t turn around in them! The location is quite far from Lucerne – about a 20‑minute drive by car. There’s no fridge, no water glasses, and no kettle at all. The breakfast costs 15 francs and isn’t very plentiful.

I loved the location as a stopover hotel, and being able to eat dinner in the same building was a bonus. The hotel feels old‑fashioned, the breakfast was very basic and cramped, and the room was pushed into a small space. There were no bathroom photos and the breakfast pictures didn’t really show what was on the menu.

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Although the rooms were a bit small and there was no air‑conditioning, that didn’t ruin the fun. It’s an ideal hotel if you’re on a road trip to Italy. The food in the restaurant was very good and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast.
