The staff were friendly, parking was available, you could walk into the city, and the bed was comfortable. It would be nice to have a heated towel rail and a slide shower.

Service, affordable, cleanliness, room service and breakfast buffet. Bed was not very comfortable

The hotel’s location wasn’t bad. The room, however, felt cramped for four people, dinner was only served until 21:00 at the latest, breakfast was lackluster and the apple juice was downright terrible.

The bacon and baked beans were dry, tomatoes had run out, mushrooms and scrambled eggs were good, there was no green tea, and the Danish pastries were dry; the staff were lovely, but the bathroom tap pressure was extremely weak while the shower was fine.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the spot, yet the pillows were all large when I preferred a thinner one, my colleague asked for a bedside lamp and the desk staff just said “No,” and the room lighting was poor—more bedside lamps would help.
