The Old Town Suites sits right in the heart of the city, and the bar crew were genuinely friendly. I stayed in Room 1, which looks out over the bars, and the loud music kept blasting until 2 am, ruining my sleep the whole time. The toilet and shower need a refresh; I couldn't tell if they were clean because the shower holder was broken, the toilet rim had plaster and a nasty stain, and the towel holder snapped. Communication was a nightmare—no website, email, or phone number, so I worried the place wasn’t legit. It took a couple of days to get a reply, and when I reported the room problems the response was slow. The Phi Bar staff checked me in and were nice, and the cleaner was polite, but they don’t replace towels or change sheets unless you ask them directly. Although the location is great and the historic décor is lovely, the stay didn’t feel worth the money because the facilities are outdated and the communication could be far better.

The location was good. There was no personal check‑in contact, I waited a long time and then learned the accommodation was overbooked, forcing me to find another place and losing about 3 hours.

The location was excellent, right in the old town near the harbour. The room turned out smaller than expected, but since we only stayed one night it was fine.
