The place is amazing because it sits right in the centre between the airport, Circular Quay, and Bondi. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodated our needs, so I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great and convenient for getting anywhere, but the hotel itself fell short. Housekeeping started late and was pretty sloppy, and staff were on duty from 7 am to 7 pm yet only spoke English. Breakfast required a three‑minute walk to a downtown café where you could pick one drink and one food item, with extras costing extra; the café was busy, the staff friendly, and the food tasty. Despite paying by card, the hotel charged $200, and dealing with the front desk was impossible without English. By Japanese price standards it feels very pricey, though Australian costs make it understandable.
