I’ve never slept in a hotel that’s made with so much love and passion. The view was stunning, the bed was delightful, the bathroom was perfect, and the breakfast was super. Fantastic! Nothing to complain about.

The view is amazing, and the room’s décor is great. Erna is a caring person, and it really felt like a familiar place, not just another B&B. We loved everything. The only thing—though it’s not really a problem—is that the lift takes about 2,5 minutes to go up and down. Still, the idea of having such a platform is brilliant.

It was a truly unique experience. The view from the room is gorgeous and everything is meticulously taken care of, showing real love. The surroundings are great for cycling. The only thing that could be improved is that there isn’t a proper kitchen inside. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so that’s an easy fix.

The location is fantastic, and the spacious apartment with a split-level bedroom offers spectacular views over the Wadden Sea and Leeuwarden. Nothing to note.

It’s worth the long trip, and it’s equally beautiful for locals; the rooms are themed and thoughtfully designed with comfort and luxury in mind, and the view is central. Currently, two apartments are being built above the tower’s base, each with its own lift so that more people can enjoy a breathtaking stay. Overall, a unique experience that justifies the asking price.
