“Pessimo”
It was a single‑room apartment on the fourth floor of a building in a terrible, dirty, and ruined state, with no water; the lady expected us to bring two buckets of water.

I was sent a WhatsApp with instructions and info, which was fine; the bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and AC, and the big terrace was shared with the neighbors. The lack of an elevator made it hard to bring large suitcases up to the top floor, and the cleanliness was below expectations.

The spot is great, close to Mergellina station and public transport. I expected a bit more; the description mentioned no elevator, but we didn’t realize it was on the fourth floor. The bathroom and little terrace could use some improvement, a pity.

The place is in a fantastic spot, very quiet, and just a stone's throw from both Mergellina Port and the station. There are plenty of dining options around the square and by the port for aperitivo. The host was easy to locate, very attentive, and responsive. The only downside is the absence of an elevator and the steep stairs, though it makes for a good workout after dinner.

There was a bit too much noise from the adjacent room until late at night.
