The food and nightly entertainment were terrific, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was full and lively, so I’ll definitely return. The only downside was the tiny bar of soap and no shower gel.

The staff were very friendly and the location was good, plus the rooms were clean. Only one entrance was open, which made queues form when coming in and out of the hotel.

I stayed in a lovely compact twin room with a view, and the breakfast was fabulous and catered to everyone. It’s a short walk to Blackpool Tower and the Grand Ballroom, and there’s nightly entertainment, including bingo. The lift was handy for my elderly mother, who managed the unavoidable front steps. I’ll definitely come back to Craig y Don.

Breakfast was fine. The lift needs an upgrade or to be bigger.
