I really liked the room – it was spacious and fresh – and the location was perfect, just steps from the Vatican. I passed by it and went several times; everything was close: souvenirs, food, mini‑markets, shops, and yet we didn’t hear any street noise. Very happy with my choice. Thanks to Francesco for his friendly attention! I hope to return soon!

A wonderful spot, very close to St. Peter’s Square, the Vatican Museums, little shops, restaurants, and the metro, which made traveling around Rome much easier for us. Breakfast was a typical Italian sweet spread and a delicious coffee. The room was spotless with air conditioning. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of departure, which made it easy to spend a few more hours in Rome (while waiting for our flight) without extra baggage. I wholeheartedly recommend this property!
