“Decepción absoluta: no está a la altura de un cinco estrellas”

The hotel’s design and facilities have the potential for a luxurious experience, and the surroundings are pleasant, but these positives do not offset the major shortcomings in service and maintenance we encountered. Breakfast was mediocre, towels were dirty, and the pool had a dirty, raised bottom. The room was still unfinished at 15:00 even though we had requested it from 10:00; instead of apologising, they told us we should have asked for it earlier. The lack of professionalism extended to how they handled our complaints, with inappropriate comments and an attitude that made us feel questioned rather than attended to.

Very modern, clean, and well‑maintained! The only issue was that the toilet was installed very low.

“Wir werden wieder kommen.”

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The kids made new friends and felt very comfortable at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fruit, egg dishes, etc. Unfortunately, the pool area for children was no longer in optimal condition, and some kids were injured there.

“Wunschlos glücklich!”

The hotel really delivers excellent service and the staff is very friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. We arrived with our dog and were even provided with a dedicated dog bed and food bowls in the room. The restaurants are tastefully designed and offer a great menu, and the breakfast buffet was superb. We will definitely return.
