We had special dietary needs and they helped us! I can’t think of anything negative.

The place was stunning, the service was superb, the food was excellent, everything was spotless, and it was by far the prettiest hotel we visited in Vietnam, with a spectacular pool.

We loved our time there; the facilities are gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, making you never want to leave. The only downside was the second night when a very noisy night‑time intruder broke in and kept us awake, and the lagoon we chose the hotel for was shut because of rain, which we wish had been mentioned earlier; otherwise there’s nothing negative to say—simply superb.
