The hotel is good, clean, and cozy. If you prefer a quiet stay in a provincial town, this is what you need. Bus stops, shops, and everything else are right next to the hotel. In my case I was looking for an inexpensive hotel not far from Busan; by Moscow standards 60 km is an hour‑and‑a‑half by bus. That was my estimate, but I was wrong. It’s very hard to get to Busan and back; the trip takes 2.5–3 hours. Keep that in mind.

Cleanliness, room size, a big thank you to the very nice and helpful staff—really loving people! The bus stop is 2 minutes away, and 7 elven is 3 minutes away.

The spot is great—close to work, plenty of convenience stores, and there are foreigner‑friendly bars and restaurants nearby like O'Brians, Next, and Bombay. The staff and owners are very friendly. Rooms come with AC and solid internet, and the light switches are simple, not the usual clunky hotel boxes. It’s a typical love‑business hotel. If you register your licence plate at check‑in, you can park for free under the building. There’s also a very reasonably priced gym across the road ($280 for the year) for regular visitors. The only odd thing was a tissue box in the room with a number for massage services, which is only for the domestic market 😉
