The staff were great, but the room was old and smelled bad, the resort is old and needs to close because the RIO is making the country look bad, and I accidentally double‑booked and they tried to charge me for both stays, which is pathetic and very expensive for nothing.

The beach is amazing and the rooms are a good size with very friendly staff, but it wasn’t 5‑star quality: the pool chairs were low quality and dirty, the sheets in the room had many stains, and the food was not good.

Everything impressed me—from the location and staff to the entertainment, beach and food; the service quality was excellent and the reception team, especially Katia, was wonderfully caring. The only drawback was the lack of a late‑night mini‑buffet for guests arriving around 01:00 am.

The all‑inclusive adults‑only experience was solid, with very welcoming, friendly staff, a spacious room and attentive service, but there were few activities reflecting local culture; evenings felt dull as the nightlife catered only to European tastes from the 2010s, with no Cape Verdean music or performances to draw a broader audience.

Everything was amazing, exceptional, I highly recommend it!! The staff were just adorable, always cheerful, very attentive and respectful. We left with tears in our eyes and memories that are simply beautiful. The people were incredible, the activities were truly extraordinary, and the culinary side was also exceptional. Thank you for the welcome, this was our honeymoon and one of our best trips.🥰 Everything was perfect. 🤩
