The hotel was clean, well‑maintained, and the staff were good. I spoke Czech, Slovak, English, and German with them. Everything else was fine.

Abendessen absolut top. Man gibt sich wirklich Mühe. Genauso das Frühstück. Ein Dank nochmal an den Koch für die glutenfreien Speisen. Vielleicht nicht auch noch eine Parkplatzgebühr erheben

The staff were very courteous, the place was clean, the breakfast was very hearty, the accommodation was on one level like a restaurant and the arrival, the bathrobe path from the hotel to the spa and sauna area, and general quietness. Nothing else comes to mind.

The breakfast was good and there was direct access to the thermal spa, but there was no discount for hotel guests at the spa.
