The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The room was small but spotless, and the staff were super helpful when I checked in late. However, the real issue was the washroom - it was cramped and the waste/drain water was gushing out into the room, which was pretty gross. I'm hoping the management takes a look at this because it's a major turn-off.

We spent a week at this hotel and overall it was a decent experience. The cleanliness was a plus, with staff always happy to swap out towels and sheets. The restaurant food was also a highlight, it was really tasty. However, there were a couple of issues that let it down - the safe in our room wasn't working, which was a bit of a problem, and the room itself was looking a bit worn out, with some mold in the bathroom that needed sorting.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant serves up some great food, too. However, the rooms themselves are a bit of a letdown - they're just average and nothing really stands out. The corridors are also a bit of a problem, being stuffy and not well lit, which can make for a bit of a gloomy atmosphere.

The location was one of the highlights of my stay, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by a very poor experience with the hotel's service. I encountered some basic issues that should have been easy to resolve, like getting a replacement key card when mine stopped working. The wifi was also super frustrating - it kept dropping and I had to get a new code every 24 hours, which was a real hassle. To top it off, the bathroom was clogged at the drains, making it a bit of a nightmare to use.
