Everything was great; the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The spa ladies were professional and very nice, especially Diaa—though I don’t know the others’ names. The entire place is very pretty and relaxing. My daughters and I didn’t need to leave the resort during our whole 6‑night staycation. The bird sanctuary was a bonus we loved; my daughters didn’t want to leave ☺️.

It’s a complete village that’s totally private. Nothing negative; we wanted peace and tranquility, and if you want to stroll to the busy area this isn’t for you!

The property itself is beautiful. However, maintenance of bathrooms, the gym, and other facilities is poor. Bathrooms and rooms had a mold‑like smell. Gym equipment was broken and rusty. Cleanliness and pest control could also be improved.

The hotel looked stunning, with plenty of gardens and nature trails, and the swimming pools and seating areas were gorgeous. The staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. It offered great value for money and the location was spot‑on. The vegetarian menu could use more variety—especially more pizza and pasta options—and the Balinese vegetarian dish isn’t really suited to foreigners and needs more choices.
