How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The setting, the beauty of the place, and the quiet were great. The door handle no longer held, the door chain broke, and the door roller was almost loose. I reported it so I wouldn't lose my 150 EUR deposit anyway… The restaurant meal cost 50 EUR for a 13‑year‑old boy who barely ate at the buffet… That hurts.

The setting, the calm, and the accommodation were good. If I had to point out one thing, the reception staff were cold; a little smile and warmth would make a big difference.

The location was exceptional: the Ronchinne estate park is beautiful and huge, walking around it is an activity in itself. We stayed only one night, but it felt like a longer holiday. The tiny house (hutte) is a bit separate, so it’s in a quiet spot. A small curtain to hide the front door window would be welcome (the space is tight, so there’s little room to change, but the entrance is visible from outside); otherwise, nothing negative to mention.
